Suitable feeding mechanism is used for the wet feed material into the dryer housing. The feeding mechanism is used above the rotating swirl agitator. Specially designed distributor is used to let the hot air/gas stream in it. The material remains in agitated bed and dried material is carried forward & separated in the Cyclones or bag filters. Some applications require pre-conditioning of feed by back-mixing of dry product. AVM uses special configuration to customize agitated swirl flash dryers.

Fluid Bed Dryers / Cooler are widely used in the Industry for gentle drying / cooling of free flowing solids.

Perforated plate is used to fluidize the material with the help of air stream. The fluid material is imparted mechanical energy by vibration. Plenum is used below the perforated plate to make the cooling media. Higher rates of heat transfer is achieved by the intensive interaction and of the material & drying / cooling media ( air / gas). Adjustable discharge wire is used to adjust the product residence time. Product drying and cooling is carried out in a single unit.
